Football Game Performance

All participants will learn a Pre-Game Victory Line to perform at the football game on 

Thursday, September 24th at Clark Stadium. The game will start at 7:00pm with the pre-game performance beginning at approx. 6:30pm. The participants will need to be dropped off in comfortable shorts/pants, close toed-shoes, and their Kitty Clinic shirt to the stadium by 6:00pm. They will sit in the stands with their Belle Buddy through the 1st quarter. Please be sure to pick up your child from our section by the end of the 1st quarter. 

I do hereby give representatives of the Wildcat Belles permission to seek medical help for my child in the event of an emergency.  I further understand that the Wildcat Belles, PISD, and its representatives assume no liability should an emergency occur.  I also give permission for all photos and videos of my child obtained by the Wildcat Belles be used in any and all media pertaining to the Wildcat Belles, and exclusively for the purpose of promoting the Wildcat Belles. 

By selecting "Yes," I, the parent/guardian of the student named above, agree to release to the District the student's name, voice, verbal statements, portraits (video or still) and consent to their use by the District.
